Refund policy

Should you wish to return any product, we will be happy to refund it providing it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 30 days of receipt and in original, undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for postage & packaging costs if you return part or all of your order unless faulty.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any personalised products. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

We can only accept underwear for a return if they are faulty, underwear in open packets cannot be resold, therefore are non-refundable.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. For your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.

If you are returning your order due to a fault or incorrect item then please call SSAFA Customer services at (01227) 811615 Monday - Thursday  8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm. Or by emailing customercare@impresspublishing.co.uk 

It is recommended that you receive a proof of postage from your shipper in case there are any problems in transit. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive.
