How long will my order take to arrive?

We despatch orders Monday - Friday, orders will usually be despatched within 48 hours and be delivered by Royal Mail.

Some of our items are made to order and are despatched directly from our supplier's warehouse, these are clearly marked on the product page detailing the lead time from order.

You will receive an email when your order is despatched from our warehouse and this will contain details of the delivery method.

How much does UK postage cost?

The postage cost varies upon the value of your order. Some items may be excluded* from the postage cost. 

£0.00 - £40.00 = £3.99

£40.01+ = FREE

Please note that the table above is for orders within the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside the UK the postage cost will be calculated using the delivery country and the weight of the order. Unfortunately overseas orders with a weight of over 4kg cannot be placed online.

Postage and Taxes outside of the UK?

If you are ordering from outside the UK the postage cost will be calculated using the delivery country and the weight of the order and calculated at checkout. Unfortunately overseas orders with a weight of over 4kg cannot be placed online.

Items sold by the SSAFA Store are subject to local taxes and duties. Orders shipped outside of the UK may have import taxes added at the point of entry to the delivery country. We are unable to advise on or take responsibility for this cost and the local Tax Office will be able to advise further on these charges. These fees are unfortunately out of control and are not covered by our shipping charges.

How can I pay for my order?

When you order online, all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and you can also pay quickly using PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
